I have had two of these pillows. While they say they are for lumbar support—and they do work w3ell for that—I’ve used it for neck support as well. It folds up into a very small pouch so is easy to take along. The only problem? Twice I have left it on the plane after a long flight, so I have to keep reordering!

The interior bag is the approx the thickness of a dry cleaner bag. Terrible!!
