I have used the product pictured for this item, but what showed up was a different product made by the same company.Followed the instructions & went to apply the patch. The backing doesn’t want to separate from the patch & when you get it off, the patch doesn’t want to adhere to the prepared area 100%.Bought 2 will be returning the unopened product.Save your money.

The item rubber did not stick and after the first rain has already come off....I cleaned and dried it prior to install as instructed.

Another camper told us about this so we bought one to keep in our RV just in case. The other camper showed my husband what happened to his roof and he told him thank goodness he had this stuff on hand. Another camper at the campground and said the same thing. So my husband came in and told me to order it. That is why it got 5 stars the two campers that didn't know each other swear by it. It is good for us.

It's very deceiving. The description says nothing about it being only for RV's.
