Difficult to use for a beginner

These stencils look super cute. But they aren’t so easy to use. I don’t know if it’s operator error, but they don’t sit right on my mugs, so the stencils aren’t looking like the one’s I get in restaurants. But, they are cute, and I’ll keep trying, but it is harder than it looks to get the results I was hoping for.

These stencils are pretty cool. They're metal which is nice and makes them easy to clean. Since they're metal that also means they'll last longer than the plastic ones I've had in the past. The designs in this pack are pretty nice. I found the stencils don't work well for latte art with cream (at all) but, they do work really well for powder toppings like cinnamon, nutmeg or chocolate. The important thing is that the foam isn't touching the bag of the stencil of the design will get messed up when the stencil is removed. The other thing I'll note is that they don't fit latte or wide mouth cups. They do have a nice little handle for easily removing them without ruining the design. They really only fit traditional coffee cups (or milkshake cups). Overall these stencils are great! They're easy to use and work with! They're a fun way to kick up latte art with minimal experience or effort. Would absolutely recommend!

Sturdy product. Bought for my beau’s high school daughter who loves trying recipes for various coffee drinks. Fun to let her fancy up our coffee using the stencils. Easy to clean, simple to use on right size coffee cup.
