Edited 12.4.24...The mug warmer had been working perfect until today it stays on but doesn't heat at all. Purchased on 9/7/24 and it quit working today 12.4.24. Even though I love how it kept all my beverages at perfect temperature 3 months of use for the price isn't worth it. I rather have lukewarm coffee for 1 year than perfect for 3 months. Very disappointed it didn't last at least a year. will not buy again.my coffee, tea and hot chocolate stay at the perfect temperature each time. I have had this warmer for 2 weeks. I was totally shocked about how well it heats and stays heated. This is the first warmer to do what I needed. Will review again when unit is 6mos or if it stops working.

The product is good for countries using 110v,Hopefully they have 220v for this kind of model.

UPDATED REVIEW: As my headline indicates, the unit quit working after two months. This is well outside the 30-day Amazon return period, so I am out $25 or so. I was expecting five years. I reordered the old on shown in the photo. I think it has been working for four years of more.The coffee warmer is an improvement over my previous one. Though, the old one had a recessed circle in the warming surface, which ensures one's cup is, more or less, in the so-called "sweet spot." Also, a red pilot light would be a good addition. While there is a small LED window that shows temperature and time remaining, it is not too noticeable, e.g., if I am at my office door and look back the coffee warmer, I cannot tell if it is on or off. Of course, it will time out, so there is no peril. I'm just saying a pilot lot would be low-cost improvement.One must remember to use a mug that has a diameter base of at least three inches. The temperature control has five preset temperatures that range from 113 to 185 degrees F. I believe that the perfect temperature for coffee is 140 degrees F. Based on the ambient temperature and the remain volume of liquid in the cup, I toggle between the two highest settings, i.e., 157-degrees and 185-degrees F to achieve my preferred 140-degree F temperature. Clearly, the various temperatures increments are notional.

I put a lid over my coffee cup to keep out any little gnats in summertime and just carry on with that throughout the year usually. If I put this on the 3rd setting (146) and lay my lid on top, it get just about as hot as fresh brewed! I've never used it past the 146 setting yet LOL I don't know what I would need to go past that for. Maybe I will try it without the lid and see how it does. Anyhow, I love this with all my coffee-soaked heart!!!
