These pumps are probably good for something but not a viscous syrup. I use for stevia glycerite which has a honey consistency. Drips. E v e r y one of them. They’re a no for my purposes.

I wanted to give this product a 5 star review because I loved the idea and look of these bottles. However, when I received the package, one of the dispenser spouts was snapped off. The material feels like a cheaper plastic instead of a metal or other stronger material for the spout. I tried to fix it (in the best food-safe manner I could), but it just kept falling apart. I was happy to send back the broken bottle for a replacement, but was hoping to be able to use the other 3 bottles in the meantime as I had waited for this shipment to arrive. After getting in touch with Amazon, one of the representatives said they could make this happen, and I started using the 3 bottles that were perfectly fine. After time spent sending in pictures and preparing to send back the 1 broken bottle, they determined that this was an outside seller (third party) and could not help anymore. As I mentioned, silly me started to use the other 3 bottles as I was told by the customer rep that this solution could be processed (send the 1 broken bottle back and keep the 3 bottles while waiting for a replacement). Now I can’t return all 4 of the bottles in “original” condition since I was led to believe I could use 3 of the working ones. Unfortunately this item is now unavailable and I cannot buy another set. It looks like I paid for 4 bottles and am stuck with a broken one.Moral of the story, the bottles are great when all in one piece, but be prepared to not have an easy return/replacement process if your bottles are also broken upon delivery.UPDATE: April 2025The seller reached out directly to address the above issue and shipped a new box to me. I was very pleased with the replacement and the customer service of the seller. Updating to 5 stars.

I’m preparing my coffee bar for Christmas and want to have a few syrup options to choose from. I love the sleek looks and I love that they came with labels. The glass is pretty thick and the quality of the bottles is really good.

Love these pump dispensers. The glass is a sturdy thickness and the pumps have worked well so far. I really love that they came with pre-printed labels. There are quite a few of them with just about all the different types of syrup flavors you can think of! They are stylish enough that I don't mind them being left out where people can see them.
