I bought these glasses as part of a gift for my husband, I was worried about them but my fears were unnecessary. They are thick but not heavy, they feel like they are good quality in your hand. I'm glad I got these. The size is just right to be used with a crystal decanter.

LIKES: good quality, perfect size and shape for a regular pour of whiskey, narrow mouth brings aromas to nose, short stem makes it easier to handle. DISLIKES: none to report. HOW USING: My wife and I enjoy a good whiskey or even some wine during dinner or afterwards. RECOMMENDATION: Yes. I really like the shape and the size. It fits comfortably in my palm and funnels the aromas to your nose as you drink. The mouth is just large enough to fit a large sphere of ice. Good quality for a good price.

They'd make an impressive gift set, the craftsmanship is lovely.Imagining them as dessert dishes adds another layer of charm presented in their curved silhouette. These snifter glasses are well made, have a nice weight and hold an awfully lot. They're great for port, brandy, bourbon or what have you. This is a great value set for entertaining with or just enjoying oneself with. I would suggest.
