This is the old fashioned way of counting change and it works and is a lot faster than manually counting. This would be great for teaching your kids money and finance. It also works at the office for small amount of change. There is a slot at the top of each counter so you know when the coin count is exact. It allows for change to be counted and organized into rolls. It makes a fun activity for teaching saving and finance to younger children.

This is a great idea, and it certainly makes counting change much easier because it has a slot cut into the tube, so you can just put the coins in until they come up to the slot, no counting needed. The concept of just slipping the coin roller into the tube is great, but it does not always work well. The roller has to be perfectly round, or the coins get jammed, and you have to stop stick your finger in there to straighten them up or start over completely. I think it great even with that little issue, because all I have to do is pour the coins in the roller if it won't work in the tube.
