Ordered two times and both times missing items on my order. Description by seller stated items included: shower structure, pump, and 9 gallon container. I received only shower both times. This is really upsetting since I will be leaving on a week long camping trip down Baja. The shower is high quality but attention to details is important. The kit shower, pump and container was not complete two times. I reached out to seller I will change my review if they make things right.

The description specifically states "includes" the 12v and 9 gallon bag, but it is not included! Very deceptive and very disappointed...will be returned!

Pop up tent is reasonable overall , though the zippers don't look like they'll hold out rough during use. THe product didn't come with the 12v water shower bag as it was described.Description isn't very helpful.

Very expensive for a rent that snapped before I ever got to use it. Also the title on Amazon is very misleading. And was impossible to put back in the box so I had to buy my own box to ship the return which cost me $20+ .

Bought it in June let it set in box till our big trip in October first time we pulled it out of box to set it up and the top hinge was bent and buckled we had to use tape to hold it together, now I'm ok with Mcgiver a few things to make it work but not the 1st time using it... Hopefully someone will contact me for a refund or exchange..thx
