The juice extractor is easy to assemble after cleaning. Easy to clean, no trapped celery fibres one has to remove. Unlike other juicers it is not heavy and can be repositioned without effort on the bench. Instruction booklet is clear. And the juice keeps for several days in the fridge in a glass bottle.

We had a problem with the reverse switch. I had to sort the problem my self. I like to be able to talk preferably on a phone to work through issues and resolve problems. This I feel is important.

For partsCan't find replacement parts, my filter screen cracked and not even a year old. I would of have a given a better review if there was some way to find replacement parts, there's no way to contact seller

If you buy this, then note that the juicer needs to be cleared out after every couple of cups. It did fine with the celery, but the minute I added carrot this month (cut in quarters mind you, so not an entire carrot shoved down) it struggled - badly - until finally it couldn't juice them and jammed and split apart at the end. The only reason I give it 2* is because with soft vegetables and fruits it's fine, but anything like carrot will make it not work. Disappointing.

This thing works great. We run ginger through and it juices 99% of the juice out of the ginger roots.

I had tried juicing in the past and found the machines way too cumbersome, noisy, and inefficient. This juicer is not at all like the old clunkers. It is fast, quiet, and squeezes out every bit of the juice. It is easy to clean and assemble and disassemble. I love it!

This is my third juicer. It is light and easy to use. Like all juicers the screen needs to be carefully cleaned. It is nice they provide a brush. It squeezed most of the juice out of my celery, carrots and apples. I can’t speak to it’s endurance as I just bought it, but I like that it is smaller and not a huge investment (my first juicer was a Champion and weighed about 50 pounds and costed $$$ 30 years ago). This juicer is very quiet and relaxing to use.
