Makes a nice cup of pour over. Although I wish it didn't collapse AS easy, still not a bad product for the price.

I really wanted to like this product, but, as another reviewer has said, the flow is too strong for the coffee to brew. I used a paper filter for a four cup coffee maker. It fit fairly well into the device. I added a full scoop of ground coffee. This should be enough coffee for two cups in a drip coffee maker. I poured just a little water on the grounds to moisten them. I continued pouring a little water and letting it flow through before adding more until I had a cup full. The coffee was weak.. I think that the holes in the bottom of the filter are too big to slow the flow and the fact that the device isn't smooth inside allows the flow to seep out of the paper filter quickly . The coffee was drinkable, but way too weak for a decent cup. The device does collapse and sits sturdily on top of a cup. The material is thick. The design is bad for what it is supposed to do.

Disclaimer: All opinions are my own and I pride myself on unbiased reviews that can help others decide whether something is worth it.This is hot garbage. I’m throwing it away. What a waste of my money, time, and coffee grounds. DO NOT buy this. I was hoping as long as I put in a paper basket coffee filter in it, it would work just as well as any other pour over method. NO. It doesn’t. The design of this is bad. The water literally runs if not GUSHES RIGHT THROUGH the paper and directly into the cup with no time to percolate the coffee beans. You may as well just be pouring water straight into the coffee cup. Whoever designed this doesn’t know nor understand how pour over coffee works. This is an absolute waste of time, money, and resources. Stop making these, just awful. Even the silicone they use with this is super cheap and poor quality. It’s almost impossible to collapse it because of the poor quality.
