High standards and innovative manufacturing techniques make these needles a popular choice for sewers and quilters. The rounded tapestry points on both ends provide no needle turning and less needle dropping.

These are too long and bent the first time I used them.

I had heard great things about these twin pointed needles, but I really do t like them at all. they feel super flimsy because they bend a little at the eye. I will go back to my single pointed John James Colonial needles. But I do live Hancocks of Paducah where I ordered from.

I adore these. They make my stitching way faster and help the arthritis in my hands! The only thing I don't like is that they don't work with my satin floss or my metallics (at least the way I use metallics). The satin floss gets pierced and ruined and I use really long metallic thread with just an inch tail, so that isn't feasible. But for regular cotton thread cross stitching, perfection! Also, I see a lot of people complain about them breaking. This is easily avoidable by holding the needle towards either end and not touching the eye. They break because people are holding the eye.

It works well but is fragile. My first one broke in the middle of a stitch. I am using my second one now. I found another source for a slightly sturdier set of twin point needles, and am waiting to receive them. These are really the best tapestry style needles because you never turn the needle around. You don't need to untwist your thread, it stays smooth..

I like that they are double pointed however they are too flemsey and break easily. I broke 2 on the first day.

Tangles the thread badly. And the eye is rough and cuts thread before 10th stitch

The needles are thin, like beading needles, and therefore flex. Makes it more difficult to hold, and to match the tip of the needle to the desired hole in Aida. Very narrow eyes makes them hard to thread, even with a threader, and the thread tends to fray in the eyehole. And it would take some practice to learn how to hold/maneuver these without getting the ends of the needle tangled up in the thread as you pull it through the fabric. Great idea, but needs fine tuning.
