Very good quality but a push button threader by clover has been essential…very small hole to thread.

I've yet to find a needle that I like better than John James or The thimble lady. They are both smooth and last a long time. Thimble lady's needle eyes are just slightly larger, but other than that, they are comparable. I own lots of both and use both.

I do a lot of applique, but I never realized what a difference good applique needles could make. These are very, very fine (threading them is a bit of a challenge), and just a tiny bit flexible, so that it's easier to pick up just a couple threads at a time. Highly recommended.

Gold'n Glide Applique Needles were recommended to me by a fellow quilter. I cannot believe these needles make such a difference in my quilting. They slide easily through the layers of fabric and batting. It's very easy to to pick up several stitches at a time.

Excellent quality with no bending or spurs. Ease of passing thru wool to cotton to silk. Definitely one to purchase again.
