FEELS REALLY NICE AND CLEAN. THE SIZE SMALL IS A BIT WIDE BUT CERTANLY IS FOR USE ANOTHER GARMENT UNDER. THE ARMS AND THE HOOD ARE QUITE HARSH DUE TO THE METARIAL BUT AT THE END IS A JACKET TO COVER FOR THE WIND, THE RAIN AND THE COLD WAETHER.IM WITH AN ATHLETIC BODY NOT BULK SO IN CASE YOU'RE GOING TO ORDER, CONSIDER TO ORDER THE SIZE BELOW THE NORMAL

Para mi desgracia la chamarra que recibí estaba rota, el empaque se encontraba en buenas condiciones, así que asumo que fue responsabilidad del vendedor quien la envió en estas condiciones. El vendedor no fue Amazon, ya comencé el proceso de devolución.La chamarra es muy bonita, tiene buenos acabados y los materiales se sienten de calidad. Es un poco amplia, pedí M y me quedó un poco holgada, pero esto es para que puedas usar otra prenda abrigadora debajo.

Perfect light jacket for high schooler. Thin yet warm, looks cool. Good is nice feature for unexpected rain/snow. Large was perfect for 6 foot 170 pounds. He wore it nearly all winter.

It looks great, nice light weight coat good from the 30's to the mid 50's. I wear a XL t-shirt ordered a large and still fits me a little loose which could be good if you were layering.

Great looking jacket and I love it’s light weight and lack of bulkiness. If you are just standing in the cold, it doesn’t provide much warmth, but start moving around a bit and it reflects your body heat and then it works great.

La chamarra es ligera y buena opción para viajar,se comprime y puede caber en espacios pequeños.Los brazos no tienen el forro "Omni-Tech" por lo cual no tienen la misma protección al frío que la espalda y pecho.Protege mucho más si lo usas con un sweater ligero por debajo.Yo lo usé en climas cercanos a los 0°C con lluvias ligeras y me funcióno muy bien. Abajo de esas temperaturas quizás necesites mayor protección.En general buen producto por su precio (yo lo adquirí por debajo de los $1,800 mxp). Gran calidad.Mido 178cm y peso 83kg, la talla M me quedo perfecto y un poco holgada para usar camisa + sweater ligero por debajo sin problema.

Yet the best Columbia product that I have ever bought. I'm 180 cm and 95 kg, I usually wear XL or L size, but after reading some comments about Columbia jackets I went for M size as now I'm losing some weight and trying to get in shape. This jacket fits quite well, I have 36 waist and not wide not short shoulders. It's very lightweight and has a really good looking, just only one minus for me is that sparkling material inside, I understand it's function but it could be in eather way.

Jacket fits perfectly. Exactly what I was after. I am 6’1 and 235lbs, the large fit perfectly. I am in between sizes sometimes. I would size down if XL fits loose on you sometimes. If you want to fit a sweatshirt or more layers though, size up.

5'10'' 140lb, Medium fits great with room for a thicker sweater/hoodie. Arms could be just a hair longer, but overall almost perfect fit. Purchased for $47.77.Jacket works great. Tested while working outside in 10*F (-12*C) with windy conditions. Light hoodie and a thermal underneath for layering. Stayed plenty warm, would likely stay warm up until about 0*F (-18*C). I really like that the ends of the sleeves are wide, makes it easier to tuck a thicker glove underneath. Hood is great, perfect if you like wearing hoodies as it will easily fit over most.Very happy with the purchase. Would buy it again.

Reviewing clothing is always a bit of a challenge, since so much of it comes down to personal preference. This jacket from Columbia was on target and scored well with me in most areas, but missed the mark in the cut and overall style departments. But before I get into those, I will begin with the positive elements:The materials used for this jacket seem to be high quality, and have a nice feel to them. The sleeves and hood are different than the body in both texture and color, and repel water effectively. The hood is a good size, allowing it to completely shield your head from wind, rain or snow.The overall weight of the jacket (actual weight and "bulk") is perfect. It isn't some huge, puffy jacket or something that feels like you have a sack of flour hanging over your shoulders when you have it on. But at the same time, the warmth of the jacket seem very good. I was trying this jacket on in July (thus the shorts I was wearing when I took the pix), but it was obvious that this jacket has the ability to keep you warm.Features are all solid, with zippers that open and close smoothly, outside pockets with zippers, and two large inside pockets to hold additional items. The waist has elastic cords that can be used to cinch it up at the bottom, as does the hood.Now on to more subjective items - first, style. The color of the jacket is ok. Not very flashy, though the contrasting color of the sleeves versus the body is better than if was all the same. The inner lining of the body is something they call an "Omni Heat reflective lining", which is intended to reflect heat from you body back inside to help keep you warm. This may work very well, but from a style perspective this leaves something to be desired. I don't care if this was only on the inside in places you cannot really see it when worn, but this shiny silver space-man lining is visible on the inside of the lapels (for lack of better description) and can be seen unless the jacket is fully zipped up to your neck. It's a bit obnoxious for my tastes. You can see the lining in my pix, including the ones showing the inner pockets.Next, cut/fit: I got this jacket in a large, which is usually the right size for me. I am 6-1, about 195 pounds, with fairly broad shoulders and about a 32" waist. I like to think I have a fairly athletic build, with broad shoulders relative to my waist. (But as I come closer to completeing my fifth decade, I am finding my waist size increasing while my shoulder size is decreasing slightly. Go figure.) This jacket was a perfect fit for my shoulders and arms, and is a very good length. The waist however is another matter. The cut of the body is very square, appearing about as wide at the shoulders as it is at the waist. I can cinch up the body of the jacket at the bottom, but then it puckers up just above the waist and looks wrong. I think I would need to have a 38 or 40 inch waist for it to fit me properly at my midsection.So if I start with a 5-star rating based on material quality, warmth, function and such, I then need to deduct one star for the Silver Space Suit inner lining that is visible most of the time. Plus another one star reduction for the boxy cut of the body section. I can see wearing this for primarily functional purposes, but probably not if I was going out on the town or to dinner or something like that where I was more concerned with how I look.***Note that I did receive this product at no cost in exchange for my unbiased review.
