I moved from Southern California to New York twelve years ago and made it through the winters with a $39 coat from Costco. But this past winter was the coldest I experienced, so I decided to bite the bullet and spend the money for this coat. It was delivered the day after Christmas and it’s turned out to be a great choice. It’s the warmest coat I’ve ever worn, repels snow and rain, and fits perfectly. There’s only one tiny thing I would change if I could and that would be making the hood detachable. Or at the very least it should have a snap or tab to hold it down and flat when not needed.

I love the sherpa material. I wear Irish cable knit sweaters this time of year but this sherpa is perfect in my chilly house.My first one was generous so I sized down and it is perfect. I ordered grey and they sent stone green. Love it but I did go right back and ordered the grey., WOW! So nice
