Well it's definitely NOT one-size-fits-all. It's way to large for a 6 3/4 size head. It fits like great grandma's bonnet and is impossible to weld in. I had to cut it up and make it smaller, now it works fine.

I've worn this kind of hat for 20 years and they suddenly quit making them at least in the quality I was used to. This is the first one I've gotten that meets my high expectations according to ones of 20 years ago. I would venture to say they are even better quality than what I used to get. Time will tell. One size fits all I must fall into the all category cuz it fits perfectly.

The elastic is nice, owned a few with out it and the sizing was hit or miss. After a few washes it probably fit perfectly. I use it for welding and to keep the sun off my bald head. ✌️🤙

I like the design, but its waaaaay too tight. I thought maybe the elastic was a good odea on this style of cap, NOPE! Ill keep looking for the original style. Its supposed to fit with the bill in the back, but with the elastic bunching up the fabric in the front just look ridiculous, and uncomfortable. Oh well....

My husband loves these caps for his work. He works outdoors all year so it is hard for him to find caps that hold up for the long haul. He rotates them during the week and washes and dries them every Sunday - and they last! The ones he has now he has had for over a year (52 washes!) He usually wears a size medium hat from the Harley shop or a 7 5/8 western hat. The 7 1/2 in this brand works great for him. They are too big out of the box but they shrink to just the right size after washing and drying.

The size was a tab bit smaller than expected. I wear a 7 3/8 hat and ordered a 7 1/2 but it is still "snug". The quality is perfect but the size may be off a little.
