Thickness seems to be just about right and good price. As for sheerness well it’s a little too soon to determine if the sheerness is correct or not! All in all a 5 star product it fits correctly and doesn’t leak, now that’s unless the sheerness lets me down.

Quality product that worked well to attach my "Live to Ride" derby cover. Used a thin line of gasket sealer between the gasket and case, and also touched the threads of the 5 screws since they penetrate through the case lugs...keeping my Harley dry as a bone! Recommend.
