I purchased these wrist weights with thumb loops to add some resistance during my indoor and outdoor walks, and they’ve been fantastic! They fit well and are the perfect size, which allows me to keep my hands free while walking. The velcro hold is secure, and I have no concerns about them falling off during my workouts. They’re also very comfortable, with no irritation or discomfort, even after long walks. After read tons of reviews I decided to ignore the bad ones and listen to the good ones. I’m glad I did because these are very well made, durable, and do the job. Having small hands the thumb hole definitely is a must for me and these stay on great.

Nice weight bit my thumbs and elbows ached from pressure. I'm 73 with some arthritis in hands. Probably fine for younger users. Good velcro .

These are very convenient and helpful. I have MS and carpal tunnel so I cannot hold onto things for long and sometimes not at all. I'm very happy that this product is so easy to wear and since it wraps around my thumb it is perfect because it stays on and I don't have to worry about dropping them. I can take a walk and won't drop them.

These are definitely meant for people on the petite side, so if you have larger wrists I’d go with something else. However as someone with very small wrists these are amazing. Most things slide right off me but these are adjustable enough to where they can stay perfectly snug and comfortable without moving around a bit. The velcro is secure and they can be worn with or without the thumb holes. They can also be comfortably worn with my smartwatch. If you’re a smaller person I highly recommend these.
