Your cart is empty.Our dishwasher requires a water supply and a waste outlet. There should be a simple plumbed connection like any full size dishwashers, or it can be fitted to a tap (this will require a suitable adapter), with the waste water emptying into a sink directly.

Unit did not heat. Error code "E3". The only heat in the wash cycle was provided by my hot water supply. I removed the bottom panel and connected a loose wire. Works good now.

We got this for our daughter that goes to college she's in a dorm. The first one that we got looked like it had been opened had some water damage. We called customer service they sent out a replacement right away so we were happy about that. Once you get the attachments for the faucet which we were able to get at Home Depot it was a pretty easy install and it works great

I am so happy I got this! It works wonderfully but I'm still trying to figure out how and when to shut off water and I had to use duct tape to keep the drainage tube in place but worth the money!

The first one broke about a month in. Now the 2nd one is broke about a month in. Both have done the same thing where I open the door and then it will not close again. The part the latch goes in breaks.

I love my little washer. It is nice and great for my tiny kitchen. It washes the dishes really good as long as you do not overstuff the washer.For those people who cannot figure out how to connect the water lines, you will need to take the adapter the washer comes with and take it to Menards and ask. They hooked my boyfriend up with the extra adapters to get the washer to hook up under the sink so it can run individually. Also, keep an eye on the Jetdry levels in the spy hole. Give it a fill up about every 3 washes, it will make a big difference. I do not use parts of the dish rack and have taken them out. (I think it was the extra holders on the side for cups or something). Taking them out gave me extra room. For the soap, I use Cascade Complete liquid. Do NOT use powder or it will get clumpy at the bottom of the washer. I don't use much. I fill only the 25 slot almost full but not quite. I have washed silverware, cooking utensils such as spatulas and tongs, cups, normal 10" dinner plates, bowls, and even a small frying pan and sauce pans. This little washer is great. Perfect for small apartment. I think it runs quietly.It does heat up the water but I found that the washer loves it when you run the hot water a little bit to help it get up to temp before turning on the washer. It doesn't make the washer work as hard and will make the heating elements last longer. I bought mine around Christmas of 2021 and have been enjoying my washer every other day or so. I used to wash dishes by hand and simply hated washing cups and silverware. I would go out and buy party cups and plastic silverware so I didn't have to wash them. With this little washer, I can wash cups and silverware with no problems. I love it.

The size is suitable for the cabinet counter. The control pannel is good. And the internal stainless steel shelf is an plus compares to most of the major brands. The capacity is large enough for family of 4. And the filter is easy to take out for cleaning.

Bought this for my 1 bedroom apartment. i hate dishes and iam not good at cleaning it so o use disposable .... I despise dishes.. not to mention "wasting" gallons and gallons of water. I keep seeing people asking if this unit has a HEATING ELEMENT. The manual says "don't touch the heating element" and also there are descriptions of each cycle and some of them have different Celsius degree temps. A logical person could suggest that it does have some sort of heating element. Not sure why they don't market this, maybe its an industry standard, not sure. My cheap apartment faucet is so finicky with water temp either it is scalding or ice cold so i just keep it in the middle when i run the washer. This thing works really well as far as i'm concerned
