The image that is showing has a rubber sole. But it does not come with one. I reorder one and it did not come with one. I need to send them both back.

The boot has an expandable length but the bolt that locks it in place makes it hard to walk in the boot. If you just want to sleep in- not a problem.My dad also has some bandaging on his foot and the foot bed piece wasn’t long enough to close.

This is the second set of these boots that I’ve had to buy for a person whom has to wear them to bed. They do the job, but this pair came without the bottoms so I had to take the bottoms off of the old ones and put them on the new ones.

Non-ambulatory unlike the photo that shows a bottom sole for that purpose. It comes with a screw to add it, but it seems not to be an option to add to my order. Will have to return

It works well, being my foot has a tendency to roll thanks to 2 strokes I had,. This helps keep it stable & flat when I stand to transfer somewhere or do some exercises. I like that it came with an extension tab so that it can be made bigger to fit my foot when I have a bandage on it.

The boot is a fall hazard with slippery metal screws on bottom. The velcro does not close right

What I find misleading is the product is it was clearly stated the product is eligible for refund or replacement and now after receiving the boots they don't fit, and trying to return the boots, it is saying not eligible for refund?????
