I bought this lift chair for my Mom who is in her mid 90's. She needs assistance getting out of chairs these days and I thought this would help. Well it did not help at all. The main problem with these lift chairs is they tilt forward which lowers the arm rests! Seniors use the arm rests to push off. Also because of the cup holders on this chair it cuts out the arm rest by a few inches making it even lower and more difficult to push off using the arm rests. Someone who is young with a sports injury could probably find a use for the lift chair, but seniors who are very weak this chair will probably not help many of them.I was unaware of how much assembly time you need to build this chair. The foldable armrests are difficult to assemble. You have to lock these levers in place and it's near impossible to stretch the cover over them once they are locked in. I had to remove the screw, get the material over the frame and then expand and lock the lever in. It's not easy.Then because of the poor packaging one of the channel brackets was bent. I had to use some heavy duty pliers to bend it straight. There are a lot of wires to hookup. The manual is not too helpful in this area.Overall the chair looks nice. The remote to go up/down or recline works well. I highly recommend routing the wire for that remote through the arm rest so a senior can easily grab the wire if the remote should drop on the floor. My Mom for example dropped the remote and could not reach it.The massager uses a different remote with a lot of buttons. We tried a few massager options and none of them were great. Overall I would not get this chair if your interest is the massager.This company has no clue how to package the chair so it will arrive safely. This easily weighs over 70 pounds and the box they use in totally inadequate.

My mom hasn't used it yet but from our tests this chair is a great buy. It reclines, it massages you entire body, it lifts you from seated position all at the push of a button. So far the color looks just like pictured. It feels very sturdy and it was very easy to install. I am over 200lbs and it holds me and my 2 toddlers very comfortably. We are very happy with this purchase!

Do not buy this recliner. After 2 weeks using it, the lifting mechanism froze, and it is no way I can put it back to work. To make things worse Amazon have a lot of " red tape" concerning this return. They want it disassembled and in original box, The box is gone, and I paid someone to assemble when it I got the recliner. I refuse to pay again; Amazon will not reimburse me. Amazon will not take it. Very nice guys, selling crap from China and do not want to stay behind of what they sale,

We have been fighting over who will sit in the chair every evening. The leather is not genuine leather but it’s totally durable. The spa element has of the share is perfect. It’s vibrates and also heats up. The one thing I would say is that it would say is that you only get 30 min at a time.

When we received the chair it does not have the cup holders. Otherwise a good chair.

I bought 2 of these chairs. The first box had outside damage. The power cords was severed and had to return the chair. The second chair, everything was good except one side that would not click open. So one side isn't as stable as it should be. The price is good and otherwise the chair is good. It's comfortable, a good size, and heat and massage works. The lift works good.
