Shelves arrived without mounting pieces/brackets. After many failed attempts to have the pieces sent (I was told multiple times that I DID, in fact, receive the pieces), I tried to return the shelves, which was equally as frustrating. I ended up purchasing brackets from another offerer. This whole ordeal took almost three weeks due to gaslighting, negligence, and poor support.

I ordered those shelving and I never received wall mounting brackets. I am not happy without it . Because I can’t use it . But I don’t wanna send it back and pay for shipping also . I guess I am stuck on this shelves .

The brackets can only go in one spot on the end. No way to install in studs. Also, the bracelets stick out showing the screws. Further, I ordered two and neither had instructions or the correct anchors.

First off I did not get enough bolts to mount it, also not all the bolts had nuts and washers. So this was a bit more difficult then it should have been.
