This is the worse ice cream machine ever. It works, but the ice cream is runny, it will not reach cold enough temperature to be firm in a cone or bowl. It is suppose to reach 70, but only goes to the max 40, but that is rare, it stays at about 30. We bought two, sent one back because there was no power, happen to have the crate left to be able to send that one back. This one I don't have the crate to send back and have no way to pack 125 ice cream machine. Total waste of a lot of money.
