It looks very commercial, doesn’t clash with kitchen appliances, and has a absolutely good-looking appearance. It’s suitable for a bar or a family that needs a lot of ice, and with some customization, it can fit under a cabinet.The ice cubes are commercial-style, with a divot in the middle, not crushed or fragmented ice. You can adjust the thickness to get thinner, more hollow ice cubes or thicker, more dense ones. The machine produces a large amount of ice per cycle, which takes about 7-9 minutes. The bin only holds about a third, so you have to empty it frequently.It has a full stainless steel exterior that’s easy to clean, with all parts being wipeable. The machine has an automatic cleaning cycle that pumps extra water or cleaning solution into the system.

As a field technician, I often had to go to the store to buy bagged ice. Spending $5 a day on ice adds up to a significant expense over a month, especially when you factor in the rest of my colleagues. I finally decided to get this commercial ice machine and share the ice with my coworkers. This machine is fantastic! We'll never have to buy bagged ice again. We're all big fans of ice; whether it's coffee or soda, we always want ice in our drinks. The ice it produces is exactly what we need. The ice bin can store ice for over a dozen hours, which is more than enough to last through our work shift. I think it's totally suitable for commercial spaces, restaurants, or similar establishments.

I bought it for my restaurant as a back up Ice machine, the size of the ice machine is not too big and it fits anywhere in the kitchen. It runs fast and the amount of ice it makes is incredible! You can also set up times and how much ice you want it to make. It doesn’t make loud noises either which is great! I would recommend the product!

My old ice maker broke, so I bought this as a replacement. I placed it next to the wine cabinet, and I needed to re-install water and drainage pipes near the wine cabinet. I added a splitter to the faucet to easily connect the filter. There was a wait before turning on the ice maker; we waited about 27 hours before switching it on because the unit needed to be filled with refrigerant.So far, everything is good. I've been using it for a few days now, and the ice it produces is just like the one in cafes. It's very efficient, produces a lot of ice cubes, and is versatile for various uses, which is very convenient. It saves us a lot of money and I don't have to buy bagged ice anymore! It's perfect for drinking with friends and for daily family life! It's quiet and makes ice quickly.

We’ve been using this ice maker on the kitchen counter for a couple of weeks now, and it cranks out the ice fast and the yield is pretty big. I set it up on the counter, hooked it up to the water line on the kitchen counter, and installed the water filter without any hiccups.In terms of making ice, it churns out a tray of ice every 7 minutes. You can adjust the thickness of these ice cubes by adding or subtracting time on the screen. It can do granular and chewable ice, and the cubes come out in a cube shape. The cube-shaped ice has a hole in the middle that gives a larger surface area for the liquid, which makes it cool down faster. The surface area of the cube ice can be bigger than tube ice, so it melts slower. We like adding the ice cubes to our drinks for a better texture.
