This ice maker is the perfect addition to your entertaining area. It puts out nice size cubes that you can adjust the thickness of, that can be used for drinks, coolers, etc. We bought plastic ice bags and fill them up and store in another freezer so we always have some on hand. It is a little large for the counter and a little small to sit on the floor so we found it works best to keep on a small table to lift it off the ground a bit. Easy to install. No leaking so far. It’s quiet.

Obviously the installation is the hardest part. You have to have the perfect location for it that has access to a water supply line, water drain, and outlet for the plug. IF you get past all that then you should be good to go. It is not as nice looking as other Ice Makers that I have seen but it does the job well of making ice. It is a little noisier than I would like but I installed mine in the garage so not a big deal. Overall a pretty good little ice maker. The only issue I have is that the lid does not seal great or have much insulation thus I think it will be harder to keep the ice from melting too fast.

This machine is quite large compared to a countertop machine, but isn't so large like a commercial size ice machine. I appreciate that! We host a lot of parties and our countertop machine doesn't cut it! We run out of ice so fast! This machine was perfect for the covered lanai! Our guests have an unlimited supply of ice in the hot steamy days here in the south. It was easy to set up. We plugged it in and had ice the next day. We wanted to let the ice machine set for a day since we weren't sure if it was tipped in the delivery process (affects the compressor). The ice came out clear and fast! It wasn't too loud when the motor was running. Not too hard to add water and it holds a lot.

've been testing this ice machine and ran into some early hiccups. Initially, I attempted to use the bottle-on-top method, but quickly found it to be messy and impractical—the water spills easily and creates quite a mess. This particular setup just isn't effective.However, the overall machine design and interface are very user-friendly. The buttons and controls are straightforward, making operation intuitive. Attaching the drain hose was simple, and I anticipate that installing the filter will be just as easy.I strongly suspect this ice maker would perform much better when directly connected to a faucet with the appropriate adapter (which I haven't yet installed). The bottle method's inefficiency and spillage are my main reasons for deducting one star.Additionally, ice production speed feels somewhat slow for my personal needs, making me realize a larger, commercial-grade machine would probably serve me better. While the machine is described as "commercial," its current output seems better suited for personal or home bar use rather than high-demand commercial environments.I plan on obtaining the faucet adapter soon, which I expect will improve my experience significantly. With the right setup, I believe this ice machine could be a convenient addition to a home bar or similar setting.

Ice machine works great for a home bar. Holds plenty of ice to fill a cooler and then quickly refills the ice back up within a couple hours.
