Had a few issues when we received it but they were very helpful to get it going, now we love it and finally have plenty of ice, NO MORE running out buying bags of ice because our machine can't keep up

The product works and works well and produces more than enough ice. I didn’t like that the initial install needed to be done by a professional because the instruction manual didn’t match the product correctly.

I have had this ice machine for 4 months. It has made great ice. The only issue I have is the lid slides off its track. Every time we lift the lid to get ice this seems to happen. I am happy with this ice machine other than the lid.

At first I was skeptical due to the large price difference for ice makers this size. However, I am ver satisfied! It produces plenty of ice for my needs. I can fill up a Yeti 65 and still have enough ice to create 3 or 4 bags. Ice produces quickly (approx 15 mins/cycle) and takes a few hours to completely fill bin. Very happy so far! Only disappointment is the inline filter cracked and leaked right after installation. Not a big deal, I went to Lowes and purchased another for $50 and quickly installed. Honestly, I think our pressure is probably a little too high for the plastic inline filter included. One last plus, packaging was very good. Especially coming from China!
