Junk roller lifters. Machine Shop started to install and couldn't get lash set. Pulled intake back off and plunger stuck on 4 of them. Unless junk in a big block build!

My old flat tappet cam had a lobe go flat. This roller cam is close to the same profile as my old one. It's has a good idle and great torque in my classic BBC. truck (3/4 ton). With no vacuum power brakes. Hydra boost.
