The metal shaft on the drum cylinder is approximately 2-3mm too short (compared to the OEM Brother drum unit) so it doesn't make electrical contact with the printer connection which resulted in no printing from the toner cartridge. I ended up ordering a different brand which did fit and work perfectly.

When I order this, I didn't believe this drum but it is working very perfectly in my printer. Recommend it.
