As anyone that owns a Chevy or gmc understands the frustration of a cracked center console. I actually purchased this lid looking for a quick temporary fix but almost three years later this looks and works brand new. I am absolutely impressed with this product. I highly recommend this over any other console lid including factory replacement

Perfect replacement. However...the springs are worthless! I tried to figure out what the problem was for an hour....the lid had ZERO spring to it. Finally, I used the original springs, and VIOLA, perfect. It is also much simpler to do than youtube videos. 5 Minutes to replace. But the springs SUCK. Four stars for quality, one less for springs.

Bought this to replace my lid that had snapped at the hinge. Went on fairly easy but came with no instructions. You can easily find out how to install it by watching a YouTube video. Feels like it’s good quality. My only complaint is I thought it was black judging by the picture, it’s actually a dark gray.

This was exactly what was required for my truck.It's the lid only. The latch is not part of the lid.The spring is a bit difficult to place as there are no instructions.
