This worked like a charm, if your toilet is running or won't stay full and there is a constant slow leak you may need a new flush valve. My Toto started running and would not stay full when flushed after just 1 year its my guess that my flush valve could have had a defect or it needed replacing more than a year old, nevertheless this valve worked immediately.

I decided to try a wild guess fix on my leaky toilet. I was looking at replacing the entire flush system, but decided to gamble on the gasket being the problem. I'm glad I did. Replacing just the gasket fixed the problem and the toilet is working without leaks.

Although it was not listed as supporting the THU407, the dimensions seemed close. So I ordered and used it with the THU826–A drain valve. it seems to hold water in the tank just fine.

This is a silicone flush valve seal that appears identical to the OEM. It is easy to install and seals perfectly. Original seals will develop bubbles on the surfaces and toilet will leak continuously without you knowing it. This seal will resolve that issue, and reduced my water bill by about $20/month.
