You can't get this part through Yamaha anymore. Not cheap but it is at least available aftermarket. The original was as hard as a rock. Because this one is soft and very pliable it is a little difficult to install but it seals well.

This is a good replacement part. It is not as stiff as original and therefore it is difficult to install, but it works well once it is in place.
