This is a complete kit that includes all the rear differential bearings and seals, all the rear axle tube bearings and seals and the rear brake backing plate bearings and seals. (left & right outer axle bearings, two pinion bearings, one brake panel bearing, left outer axle seal, rear differential seal, brake panel seal, two brake cover seals, pinion seal). It fits the 2007-2013 Honda TRX420 Rancher FE FM FPE TE TM 2X4 & 4X4 Straight Axle four-wheelers (THIS KIT DOES NOT WORK WITH THE IRS INDEPENDENT REAR AXLE MODELS). This kit had all the bearings and seals needed to redo my son’s 2011 Honda Rancher 420 4x4 rear differential and the bearings and seals for the brake assembly were included as well.

Everything was there except the Circlip (RING, STOPPER 41405-HA7-670) that goes in the pinion gear for my 2007 Honda TRX 420 Rancher. It's a $3 part but a slight inconvenience having to order it afterwards. Otherwise, I'd say thumbs up.
