These dual-layer compression socks are well made but they are difficult to put on your feet.Interestingly, these Keiguxiao knee-high compression socks (Amazon ASIN B0DJ6X2Y77) are patterned with small white cyclic-hydrocarbon chemical symbols printed onto a gray background, with the inside of the sock being all white (as can be seen in the accompanying photos). The heel and toe area are black non-compression material. The compression socks are about a foot-and-a-half long which is a good height for my leg up to below my knee. They're not too tight, but they are tight (they're supposed to be tight, after all, as they're compression socks). The way the venous flow works is the muscles of the leg, when walking, contract such that the blood flow is squeezed where there are one-way valves in your veins which lock that blood in place as, step by step, it's pushed upward to the next venous check valve. These compression socks are designed to mimic those muscles, I would assume, where you still need working check valves for the socks to do any additional good. The material seems sturdy, if a bit thin, and the stretchiness seems about rought although they are hard to put on over the widest part of your foot.Since this was my first time using compression socks, I wasn't sure what to expect, so here's what I had noticed that you might benefit from knowing.· Despite the fact that I am a thin person with thin calves, these socks are difficult to put them on over the widest portion of my foot.· However, once I am wearing them, they are comfortable and I forget about them.· They happen to have a nice original design of cyclic-hydrocarbon symbols.· I can walk for about 4 miles along the road and they still feel comfortable while walking.· I do not think these slim socks will fit many men though - maybe only small men they'll fit.
