Prior service, I have a little bit of experience/frustration setting up kit. The molle vests we were issued were hot garbage, so we improvised/modified things we could find at the nearest AAFES and had them sewn together by local tailors. Basically ended up with a Rhodesian-esque rig that would attach/detach quickly to center line opening plate carrier. Our homebrew rig wasn't super modular, so adding/removing pouches was a pain. I wish I had one of these rigs back then. They really are the easy button. While Condor QC has been questionable in the past, I am very pleased with both the Recon Chest Rig and the Rapid Assault Rigs. Excellent stitching, Durable clips and Tri-glides (in the right places), excellent cushioning in the shoulder straps. The molle loops are well stitched, and both vests are very low profile against the torso. I didn't think I would like the Cross harness on the back, but the swivel clips near the waist make it work well. Even for bigger dudes wearing plate carriers, I don't think the cross strap harness will pose any issues.

The first thing I noticed when I pulled this chest rig from the packaging was the quality of the heavy duty materials and construction. The Condor brand had come recommended from a friend, but even so I was impressed. While I bought this rig for paintball, it seems like gear that would hold up over extended use on a real battlefield. Some may notice that the straps (especially waist strap) are long. I'm 6'1", 230 lbs and the waist strap is long on me. I believe Condor did this intentionally in order for the rig to fit over body armor. With armor underneath, the straps would be the perfect length.I play magfed paintball, and my primary reason for buying this rig was to put my magazine pouches on it so that they will be easily accessible. The 4 pouches I own fit well and my 20 rd magazines fit comfortably and securely in the pouches and on the rig. While trying the rig on, I discovered a hidden feature: 2 built-in pouches on the left and right that fit my 30 rd magazines! These 30 rd magazines have been a problem child for a while and I could never find a way to stow them that provides easy access. Now I have a place to put them, and I can rock 6 mags plus one in the gun.I strongly recommend this chest rig.

The chest rig is very sturdy and durable, as expected from Condor products. Moreover, it's quite affordable. The MOLLE webbing gives a lot of user customization for usage and gear placement.I am a little shorter than 5' 5" with a waist of 30, so the straps had to be tighten to their limit (see pictures). However, the rig fit snug on me and didn't jostle about when moving. The velco straps allow you to bundle the slack.Keep in mind that everyone's body is built different; the chest rig WILL fit differently for different people. Check your sizing before purchasing.Overall, the Condor Ops Chest Rig is a durable, affordable, customizable chest rig for all types of usage, especially airsoft and Nerf.

Bought this for airsoft along with the condor hydration pack which you can combine by unclipping the the shoulder straps and clipping in the hydro harness (a really well thought out design). This set up should just about fit anyone I'm reasonably big and had to adjust the straps down alot to get it snug (it will go down alot more if needed). You can attach a fair bit to the molle on the front and there's three built in pouches as well. Shoulder straps are nice and thick so it's comfortable even with alot of kit attached. Highly recommend if you don't fancy hefting a plate carrier round all day.

I love Condor gear and this rig certainly did not disappoint. I have, over the years, purchased dozens of Condor products for myself and my friends but when I buy products for myself over the Internet, especially products that are wearable, I am often concerned that they will not fit the wide range I require. This product is used by multiple users from small to XXXL (me!) so it needed to be adjustable and I happily found that this rig absolutely fit the bill. I attached a bunch of different MOLLE modular pouches with a coloration mix of FDE and OD to give it a mottled camo look. I've taken it out and used it numerous times at the range for many hours of break-in without a single popped stitch of fray.Pros:- Wonderful value. There are many other makes out there but they are usually twice (or more!) the price.- Extremely adjustable. I'm 6'3" and 350 (yeah...I need to lay off the beer and pretzels) and it fits great and can expand even further! Able to cinch it up to fit the much more slight of frame.- MOLLE MOLLE everywhere! If you can think it up you can build it. Plenty of attachment points.- Comfortable and well padded shoulder straps.- There is a Velcro map pouch on the inside of the rig that I didn't know was there. Bonus!Cons:None. I research my gear very thoroughly and I was very happy to find no cons with this rig. There was even a bonus or two that was not in the original description.

I've been fumbling around every time I go to shooting. Was trying to find a way to keep ammo and things in close rear without digging through a bag everytime! Found out about the Condor Rig and Nutnfancy via Youtube. For the price it was worth a shot. I utilized the molle packs from a Condor gun bag on this rig and picked up another molle pack at a local place. Works great for the light duty (stuff holder). My only issue was the waist belt. There are two snap clips on either end of the belt (good for righty or lefty), and if I were the belt snug around my waist, the right hand clip will consistently give away when I bend over or go to get up off the ground. Loosening up the belt helped, but somewhere between my gut and the snug belt it just didn't jive. The setup works with the belt loose, but it moves around more. Of course can't piss and moan for the price! Stitching and materials seem to a decent quality and if it fails I'd blame it on me first.
