I purchased this flex conduit to run an AC cord outdoors for a security camera. I was pleased with the quality of the tube, it's made out of aluminum though, not steel. As opposed to steel flex tubes for high voltage in-wall wiring, this flex tube does not seem all that flexible, but you can actually bend it into shape and it will keep it's shape (I've bent it at 90 degrees around corners).Just a note, to avoid frustrations, I recommend also buying a flex tube cutter. If you try cutting this with wire cutters or a metal hacksaw, it will just make a mess and the rings will start unwinding themselves.
