I work in a startup and I am on calls all day, and travel a lot. This device acts as a docking station and a conference speakerphone. I will buy another for backup. Highly recommend. My original purchase was defective, and the seller replaced

I don't dislike it. The sound quality is not as I had expected overall. It's average compared to other devices I have. The other function buttons are convenient to access. The recording feature is also nice to have.

Firstly it is a speakerphone, and it does it well. No issues with sound/mic quality and the buttons on it actually reflects on MS Teams in terms of mute speaker/mic, change volume and answer calls. Additional functionality such as being able to record calls is also possible. I did not have to format the specific space, it was recognized by windows, and by push of a button on the device recording was initiated and saved on the disk. One thing to mention is that there were no notification to the other party that the call was being recorded on my test. Recording quality was absolutely acceptable and feature is convenient. I am also utilizing the hub functionality since I have originally set up the device not pictured on the attached image. I am using both HDMI and usb passthrough functionality to connect single usc-c cable to my PC. Additionally I am using 45W usb-c passthrough the device to my PC as well with a minor issue that I am getting warning from windows that it is not an official adapter, however passthrough works still from my specific PC can get powered that way at the moment. Another note is that I have only been using this device for 48hrs and had only 7-8 calls, will update if I run into any issues going forward however it had been great for my purposes and it is an easy recommend. I was using anker S500 and in comparison shared functionality is very comparable, this one has nicer features appealing to me at the moment however Bluetooth functionality and battery on Anker are features that would make this device perfect for me if added to model in the future.

I bought this so I can have reliable audio for my weekly zoom meetings. I love the feel and size of this speakerphone as it's easy to put in a bag for travel and small enough to fit comfortably on a desk or small table. The microphone quality is amazing and the speakers work exceptionally well. I also really like the ability to instantly record the meeting with the press of a button. The power pass through is nice as well, so that you can charge your laptop while still using the device. Highly recommended!

I work from home 90% of the time. I use this speaker daily. Best investment in speakers ever. I don’t have to put on headphones to hear my colleagues or have a mic so they can hear me. Communication both ways is clear. I haven’t put to use the recording option much yet.

It worked fine at first, but just stopped working after 2 months. Unfortunately, the return window closed.

I can't stand hardwired cables, but I couldn't resist ordering this speakerphone/hub combo when I saw it, as it's such an interesting device in concept. Amusingly, I later saw what I thought was the same product but with a detachable USB-C cable, so I ordered that, as well. At a glance, the two devices do look very similar, but they actually offer unique functionality between them. I suspect you'll start seeing a lot of these on Amazon, so pay close attention to the functions on each. The unique feature this particular model offers is a voice recording mode. Basically, by attaching a properly formatted (FAT32 - ugh) flash drive to this thing, you can save voice recordings by pressing the record button on the hub. At this point, the hub will basically hijack the flash drive, giving the hub itself exclusive access to the flash drive until the recording ends. While recording, you can't access the flash drive from your computer.I find it interesting that this variant of the speakerphone/hub combo is the one with a hardwired USB-C cable, as I would've liked to have had a USB-C port that supported data transfer on this one, since I recently (perhaps stupidly - we'll see) decided to make the switch to USB-C flash drives for mobile use. I mean, I'd just gotten to the point where I had plenty of USB-C ports available between my different devices, and I ended up picking these speakerphone/hub combos up. *sigh*Anyway, the speaker quality sounds quite good. Music sounds great through it (though bass is obviously lacking), as do voices, and the speaker gets loud enough for use in a room with a decent amount of background noise. On the subject of background noise, the microphone is pretty impressive, as it seems to do a pretty good job of filtering background noise and voices. You'll still hear some garbled voices in the background, but the mic in this thing seems to prioritize closer voices very well. I tested this by speaking with my face a foot or so away from the speakerphone/hub and a fairly loud TV maybe two meters behind me, and I couldn't make out any dialog from the TV but could hear my own voice playing back very clearly. If you want to combine the functions of a speaker, microphone, speakerphone, and USB hub into a single unit, then this speakerphone/hub combo is definitely worth a look. Just do yourself a huge favor and look at several of them on Amazon, paying close attention to whether they have hardwired cables and whether they offer certain functions other units don't before making a purchase. Frankly, I don't have much need for the recording function, as I'd use an app for that, anyway, and I'd also prefer a detachable cable. That said, you may find that recording function I don't care about really useful, and you might like having that hardwired cable so you don't have to worry about losing it. Different strokes for different folks, basically.
