This should work well for my 30 amp 120V generator to connect to an inlet and interlock breaker on a main panel to backfeed both sides of the panel safely. I tested continuity when I got it, and the 120V "hot" leg on the TT-30P does connect to BOTH hot legs (L1 and L2) on the SS2-50R side. This acts as a bridging cable adapter, to allow a single 120V generator to provide 120V of power to all 120V breakers in a main panel.

Bought this last August and should have returned it then, unfortunately, its beyond the return limits. (My bad) The threaded screw cap is about impossible to thread on and only does so after repeated attempts, getting the threads just right. Also, the screw cap is to soft and pulls over the retaining ring and it has become disconnected from the RV a couple of times. The one time resulted in a complete drain of my batteries while I had it parked at my home.

I bought this for a week trip to Florida over Thanksgiving week, to attend a huge motocross race for my son. It was very busy before we left so no one checked to make sure it would fit, however, my husband has built two race cars and is a highly skilled carpenter/general contractor-meaning he is no dummy. He approved my purchase by viewing the photos and info provided by the seller. We get to florida after driving 16 hours and had already paid $775 for a hookup (big event remember) and guess what-IT DIDN'T WORK. We asked our neighbor to see what his converter looked like and ours was not the same. Needless to say THANK GOODNESS my husband knew to rip off the ground piece off of it so we wouldn't lose $775 and suffer in the heat all week. Would not recommend!

Can't find this at Camping World. Makes hooking up to 30 amp power much more convenient when you have a 50 amp male connected to your trailer. Great price!

I found the item to be reasonably priced, it works great, it allows me to store my bulky 50A cable and use a 30A cable which is smaller and a lot cheaper to replace if it is damaged, or stolen. The order arrived quickly.

This pigtail that I bought on July 24th is being used right now as I write this review. It works as epected. Gives me all the power that I need. I'm on thirty Amp and I'm able to run my air with no problem. Good product!
