Rather than trying to get highly technical I will give a simple example. On the morning before the arrival of this EverCalm I went out hunting. I had a nice 8 point buck come by, get a whiff of me and stop to blow after running half way up the hill. This was despite all of my scent control/scent cover protocols. That day the EverCalm arrived and so I went back out that evening with it in my pocket. I hung it from my ground blind window. Sure enough that same 8 point came back. The wind conditions were the same but his attitude was more relaxed. I took him at a shade under 30 yards. He never knew I was there.It's not as though I haven't been blown since then. I have plenty of times. However, I do believe the EverCalm products help give me an edge in the field and so I have continued religiously using them for my trips out to my blind of my stand.

Couldn't be happier with the product performance...it doesn't stink so bad you don't want it hanging off your hip, but you do catch whiffs of it while hunting. The screw caps are great as they help preserve the scent when not in use. Very light weight and discrete...but substantial enough so you shouldn't forget it and let it end up in the washer/dryer, which would be bad....unless you were washing your hunting gear, maybe.Here is why I plan to make the Stinksticks a permanent part of my hunting routine....I decided I was going to tag out early for firearm season this year because I have more room in my freezer than I do on my walls ;) Thankfully the StinkStick works like a charm, I had only spent an hour in the woods on opening day when I called in a little spike...he damn near walked right into me, making it an easy one and done...didn't make it 20 yards. The spike was dressed and dragged back to the truck before I had spent 2 hours in the woods. I'll worry about trophies when my freezer's too full or my hair is going gray :) For now I get to focus on expanded archery!

Have been using EverCalm for years Put one of these out early, play the wind and the deer seem to come into an area more frequently and with less anxiety. The name of the product is accurate. Lasts longer than the "deodorant stick" version of this product. The "Rutting Buck" scent also works very well during pre rut. Lay a scent trail and again play the wind. The bucks come in on these trails better than anything I've tried.

I have yet to get the chance to hunt, but as soon I put this on a nearby tree limb, one of my most nervous does on camera went from staying 2-3 minutes to 30! Not only that.. but one of the two bigger bucks that we've caught on camera have on our 50 acres stayed 3 hours and 40 minutes the first night! We only had one or two shots of him before. It's amazing how great this product is! We have 3 dogs only 6 acres away that bark all the time and howl with the coyotes all night long, & none of the deer seemed to care after I put this up.. We actually started getting pictures of the 9 point scaring younger bucks away from "his" feeder for hours at time! All of them are starting to come out hours earlier than they had before, also, which is the most important factor to me since I'm an evening hunting fan.. Never seen anything like it! I will definitely be buying this product again!

I like the convience of this system as I leave it hanging on permanent stands screwed shut and then open it when i get on stand. I've always attached a small fanny pack on my climbers that I store scents in and this system fits nicely and is ready to attach to limbs in my stands once I'm up the tree. Don't know if the scent works but I have had deer come in down wind of me and not spook.
