These crayons were broken upon receipt. I have not used them yet, so I don't know if it matters

The by product of these is that you can use them as correction for pen errors! They fade pen lines.

Good stuff, the white is vibrant. Works well on cloth for temporary guide lines.

Worked great, don't forget to take the wax off if using the side for shading

These are good to work with, just be careful when you open the package - I snapped both of mine because they’re just so small and thin.

I used a great deal of conte crayon in college, along with compressed charcoal in black, but I had never worked with compressed charcoal in white. Well, I used it and I prefer the white conte crayon. In the photo I used compressed charcoal in black and white and then went over the eyes in black and white conte crayon. The white compressed charcoal blends well but is so flat it doesn't layer well. The white conte crayon layers nicely and makes the eyes shine. :)

i had to purchase these for my drawing ii course. we did a fabric study under spotlights and had to use compressed sticks (these specifically for the highlights) and i actually really liked it. they're brighter than i thought and blend great
