Currently, waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. Sent a message and left a voicemail. Item is exceptionally defective. See attached photos. Snack tray is sloped downward. For reference, I have the compatible tandem contours V2 stroller these trays are allegedly designed for. At $40 a tray I should not be seeing these problems.

Upon receiving these we were initially excited and opened one up but were disappointed when they mounted and did not provide a level surface for our kids snacks and drinks we have contacted the manufacturer and started a RMA. The manufacturer is aware of a manufacturing error in which a rivet was reversed causing the mounting brackets be installed upside down.

The product itself is very high quality, but when attached to the contours legacy stroller the tray does not sit upright and cannot be adjusted into an upright position.
