I installed this on my Surron with a BAC4000 controller. This plastic panel fit well with my aftermarket controller since I'm still using the original mounting bracket. The fake carbon fiber finish looks pretty good and matches my other carbon fiber parts. I believe it is hydrodipped in a faux carbon fiber print. But its basically the same quality of plastic as the OEM piece. It just looks a bit flashier.The fitment of this product is great for the Surron light bee and its just as durable as the stock part. This part isn't one that should get a lot of abuse so it doesn't really need to be real carbon fiber. But this faux carbon fiber adds a nice look to your bike and matches all the other aftermarket faux carbon fiber parts on the market.I wouldn't really consider this an upgrade unless you're just going for the looks but it fits well and works well and looks good so what more can you ask for? I would recommend this if you're looking to deck out your Surron with faux carbon fiber parts. Just keep in mind that its made from plastic and not real carbon fiber. Its just a coating over a plastic part with the same durability of the stock controller guard part.
