It would also allow for a heavy jacket in the bag when traveling from cold to hot and back to cold climates.Comfort and durability were priorities in the design of the bag. The bag is constructed from waterproof material and sturdy self-healing zippers are used to enhance longevity. The bag is comfortable to carry as a duffel bag since the shoulder strap is wide and has a thick sliding shoulder pad and the handles are crafted for maximum comfort with a wraparound pad to ensure you can carry the bag for extended periods without hand or finger fatigue. It is also comfortable to “wear” as an on-the-shoulder bag or cross-body as I did when I was moving camera cases.The general organization of the bag is excellent with the separate shoe compartment as a thoughtful addition. This keeps footwear away from clothing items and maintains neatness throughout. I love the canvas exterior of this duffel bag. It's a classy feel that sets this apart from your standard nylon or polyester luggage fabrics. The interior has so many pockets, including a spacious plastic lined end pocket that can hold dirty laundry or a pair of shoes away from the rest of your clothes. The hang up compartment is a little narrow; shirts may need to have their sleeves folded over. Still, it beats carrying a large suit bag or hauling a full suitcase for an overnight trip. This duffel definitely fills a gap in my luggage lineup.This isn't a bag to check at the the airport, though. It has enough zippers that end in an open corner of the bag instead of a closed loop that I wouldn't hand it off to the wear and tear of conveyor systems and the long tosses of baggage handlers. The main top zipper has to separate like a coat to allow the bag to open up flat. And zippers curve around each end to bring the corners together. The zippers are sturdy and have the right chunkiness for a duffel bag. They're fine for the trunk of a car or even as a carry on bag. But there would be too many opportunities for a zipper or bag corner to snag and open things up in an airport baggage handling system. Besides, it's such a good looking bag, you'll want to carry it to enhance your stylish traveler look.

I just got this garment bag for a business trip, and I’m really loving it! I packed my clothes, and the material feels super durable. There’s plenty of room for my suits and dresses without wrinkling. The zipper is really sturdy, which is awesome. The separate spots for shoes and accessories are super handy. It’s easy to carry with comfortable handles, and it looks stylish! Definitely recommend it for travel!
