Update 9/30/24 - Trying to take this fan apart to clean it, the instruction booklet only tell you what parts there are, but not how to take it apart, can anyone help!? Not happy!!!Just received this fan today, I love it! I only gave it 4 stars because the front of the fan is black, it should be white ... White fans should not have any black on it. Also, there should be a magnet on the pole or the top to hold the remote. I have a fan that is very similar and the remote has a place on the fan that holds with a magnet. It's very quiet and doesn't take up the space that a big fan would, but has all the clout of a big fan. Fingers crossed it keeps running well.

We love this fan. Can be set up to two different heights. Installation is very simple (just screw-in). It swings 30, 60, and 90 degree horizontally or up/down , or both at the same time. It has different settings from stormy to sleeping baby. We love the AI function most, which adapts with temperature. On normal run the noise level is very silent. Fan works great. Remote as well.The only reason we gave 4 stars is that the first fan we got made a squeaky sound after two or so weeks. We returned it without issue (90 days return policy) and bought two new ones, which are running fine so far (just used them for two days). Warranty is for 1 year, but can simply be extended to 3 years with an email.I hope the two new fans stay silent and the first one was just a failed production. Then I would raise the ranking to 5 stars.

This is the first time that I have bought a product that absolutely surprised me in a good way. I didn't realize that this fan when pointed up can spin 360 degrees. It is small but also powerful. Love the breeze it creates on the highest setting. Love the look and everything else. I couldn't find anything to complain about. Hopefully it last a long time.

Wow, fans have come a long way. This one was good price point, and amazing features. It's so quiet at all speeds, and there are many. It rotates L/R and Up/Down, amazing features in a fan. I put on my computer desk, just high enough above my very large monitors. Perfect size and for what I need. I have nothing bad to say about this unit, and I sent email to the company then they extended the warranty from 1 to 3 years. The remote is great, you can control everything at distance.

Where has this fan been my entire life?Whisper quiet, and so incredibly powerful, you won’t even believe how amazing it is! There are so many settings, and it stimulates a breeze. There is also a setting that will shoot out an 8 foot powerful yet, gentle breeze that is unlike anything you have ever experienced before with a fan. Fantastic product, and I would definitely buy again!

Have had this fan for about a month and really enjoy it. Easy set up and comes with a remote control so you don't have to get up to change settings. I really like all the different speeds however, the storm mode is my favorite - helps keep my giant dog cool during the day. I keep it on the oscillating setting so the entire open space in my house gets a cool breeze. I recommend!
