Bought this pillow for my adult daughter after major surgery. It was perfect for her recovery period. The fill gave it enough flexibility to not be rigid and uncomfortable but still very sturdy and supportive. The detachable neck pillow is SO practical! It is useful when sleeping sitting up or, detached, lying down. It is also useful as an abdominal support for sneezes or coughs.

worth the price just to see it expand from an 8X12" box to a 27" high reading pillow. Luckily I like the product because returning it would be a problem!

I like it, but don't get me wrong, I have a few issues. The neck pillow is a little flimsy. The zippers, well, the inside one is good, but the outside should be a little more substantial. The arms are too far out to really be armrests, plus my upper back gets great support but no matter how I move the memory foam pieces down there they end up moving.Other then all that the material and color are beautiful.

The pillow works great for reading or watching TV. The pillow and rest are extremely comfortable for relaxing in a sitting position. Good quality pillow although when it arrived I had no idea what it was because it came in an absolute square and had to be plushed out into the proper shape. Once it was I was pleased with the pillow and would order it again.

I considered returning this item, however it was a Christmas gift for my son and he’s okay with it.The pillow came in an air tight bag and definitely did not fluff up when opened.The inside “stuffing” felt almost like cotton packing peanuts.I did my best to fluff it up, by sort of massaging the stuffing around and helping the pillow take form but I shouldn’t have had to in my opinion.I’ve owned many of these back rest pillows in my life and I’ve never encountered one like this.They should be soft yet firm for support.The side pocket is useless. It’s droopy so whatever you place in it… being your phone or tv remote, will just fall right out.If this was priced at $10 with tax already added, it would possibly be worth the purchase.Not suitable for adults but okay for kids.

This is a horrible product! The pillow did not expand! It did not fill out! It was definitely not at all the way it was described on Amazon! I have never been so disappointed in a product that I bought on Amazon! Now, I have to pack up the two floppy pillows in a box when the company most likely will throw them away, which they should--they are useless!
