These are not cooling at all. They’re fine for standard compression shorts, but the coooing part is complete BS. I’ll probably try the more expensive ones sometime.

I wear a M usually, but the XL in this is not too big. It is comfortable in the legs and the waist. They are a good length and they are breathable. Go by the size chart and you will be good to go.

I really like these- so far they are the best ones I have gotten from Amazon. I did order my regular size but I looked at the chart and went by the measurements. My regular size fit well- I don't think going up or down would have made these better. I wanted a pair that would be a little tight but not uncomfortable to wear and these fit that! The two metal pieces that keep the material up on the stomach worked really well. I wish they had something similar on the legs which kept rolling up on me- wasn't terrible but wished they would have stayed in place. Perhaps they would be better if they were longer, but then you might see them under a dress. Anyway, finally I let them stay rolled up and while it wasn't what I would have liked, it was fine- didn't show any bumps under my clothes or cause any discomfort. My outfit wasn't terribly tight so it didn't show underneath though I am not sure if it would work under a different outfit.The material is nice and soft. I really like the nude color- will be great under a lot of summer outfits. I am very pleased with them overall and would recommend them- assuming you can get the right fit!

These Blueinn shorts really are smooth and soft and I like the scalloped seamless legs. There's also two pieces of soft boning in the front at the waist to keep the waist from folding over or rolling down and they work well. The only thing is the sizing. I ordered a Large, but it feels more like a Medium in the waist on me. It feels too tight and gives me that muffin top. No thanks! I should've ordered the XL, but I feel like even that would've still given me a little muffin top while being slightly big everywhere else. These shorts really do smooth everything down for me, but the waist is tight. I don't have much of a waist anyway, I'm sort of a straight-shaped body. No real hourglass figure in the middle on me. But yeah, the fabric is super comfortable against my skin, it's just tight in the waist so I just recommend thinking about the sizing and what works best for you before ordering. If your waist and hips don't have much of a difference in measurement (a.k.a straight-shaped like me), you might want to take some time to ponder which size might work best for you, maybe sizing up. And I think you'll really love the feel of the fabric!
