FAQ
Q: My engine is overheating does this mean I need to replace my radiator?
A: No, an overheating engine could mean an issue with your radiator, but there are other pieces of the cooling system that could cause the engine to overheat. It is important to check for coolant leaks or a malfunctioning fan. If you look at the radiator and there is a lot of corrosion or holes there may be a problem with the radiator. Either way it is important to get the whole cooling system checked when your engine overheats.

Mopar unit came out, this went in. Been 3 months with a new water pump, fan clutch and thermostat rated at 190 Stock Mopar for the 97 TJ Wrangler. No leaks, although re-attaching the transmission lines required a high temperature pipe tape to stop the leaking. Stainless steel is nice and the pressure cap is commercial grade. The stock fan shroud on mine required a small shim to keep it from rattling but hey, it's a jeep. Very satisfied so far. People say buy Mopar, but I couldn't find one with the supply chain shortages and the one I found was over 300 bucks.
