Fairly inexpensive for FIVE (5.8) Ghz wireless. YOU WANT THIS if you have wireless internet in your house. VERY likely, that wireless internet is using 2.4 Ghz signal, which ALLLLLL of the CHEAPER Wireless's will use. ONE DRAWBACK!!... If your input is a little recessed, even like a strat, these may not fit very well into that.

Honestly, I was expecting the delay from a wireless system like this would be too much to work with. That being said, these folks deserve kudos because I don't really notice any real delay while using them. I also don't hear much of a difference between these and a cable. I think if I were playing live, I would still prefer to have a cable as these can pick up interference every once in a while, but I really like the convenience for practicing.

I connected this device for more versatility and mobility rather than worry about wires getting in the way. It works great!

This is the 3rd brand I've purchased in the past couple of years. It functions as it should. My 1st purchase was for Joyo set; three sets in 12 months. 2nd purchase was for a set from Swift. They lasted about 16 months. We'll see what happens.

I had an old wireless system guitar from Sennheiser that doesn’t work anymore and that used to take up more space. When I came across this product, I’ve wanted to give it a try since I’ve been able to use one.Included in the box is a wireless transmitter, a wireless receiver, a dual USB charging cable to charge both of them at the same time and a user guide. I strongly advise you to read the instruction manual to understand how the product works since there is only one button on each transmitter that is used to access every function and settings. For example, the button can be used to power the device, change the wireless channel, access the battery level, etc. The transmitters already come with a ¼ inch to ⅛ converter installed which can easily be removed if you need to use it on a device that doesn’t take ¼ inch plugs. Also, on the transmitters, you can find a led display that indicates the channel or battery level depending on which display mode you are. The jack can rotate up to 220 degrees, which accommodates a lot of different guitar bodies. It is very easy to use. When both the transmitter and receiver are powered on, they are already synced to each other. I’ve tried it in different locations, distances and conditions and I didn’t have any problem at all. It has a great range, can go through walls and there wasn’t any latency at all. I didn’t calculate how long they last, but I only had to charge them once. Also, there wasn’t any noticeable tone change with an electric guitar compared to when a cable is used. All in all, I highly recommend them if you want to have an easy wireless solution for your instruments.

I tried my first wireless last year and have been using it with my bass setup ever since. It’s so nice not to worry about tripping over cables, so I was hoping to find another wireless to use with my guitar rig at home. I’ve been relatively happy with the CoolMusic products I tested before, so this seemed like the perfect choice.Build quality is fair, though I don’t care for the cheaper-feeling plastic they used in the casing. The overall design has some pros and cons. I really like the LED layout and ease of use (especially how you can switch between channels just by tapping the button on the transmitter). The physical design is a bit cumbersome and, although the units can rotate, the offset plug makes them awkward to use with strat-style guitars that have top-mounted jacks. The rotary joint is also rather loose, which leads the transmitter to flop open when plugged into an instrument. All wireless units will affect sound, and this one is no different. It cuts some top end and gain, as well as introducing a bit of compression that flattens frequencies and takes away some of a guitar’s character (much like active pickups, in a way). It’s really not too bad, but you can notice it immediately if you A/B it with a good cable. I also noticed some faint high-pitched artifacting while I played, which is similar to what you hear from some digital amps.Performance is quite good overall. There was very little noise, and switching through the 4 channels offers slightly different frequency responses. Transmission distance was roughly 20-25 feet which is perfectly fine for most users, but falls far short of the 20 meters in the listing. All in all, I think this is great for people who want to clear up some of the cable clutter in their house, but I doubt I’d ever gig with it.Pros:-Easy to use-Decent sound-Transmits signal relatively cleanly with little noise-Virtually no latency-Good transmission range (roughly 20-25 feet)-4 channels with some slight variations in tonal quality between them-Decent battery; can check power level by double-pressing the power button-Different coloured LEDs for transmitter and receiver-Great for clearing up cable clutter around the houseCons:-Plastic casing feels somewhat cheap-Physical design isn’t the best; off-center pin makes it awkward to plug into a strat-style jack-Rotation joint isn’t very tight, making it tend to flop down when plugged into an instrument-Doesn’t sound bad at all, but you notice a distinct difference when you A/B it with a cable-Like most budget wireless units, it cuts some high end and reduces gain; muffles the tone a bit and muddies some of the guitar’s character (sort of like an active pickup vs. a passive)-Introduces some faint high-pitched artifacting while you play; similar to what some digital amplifiers do-Not sure if it's something I'd want to use at a gigAt $59.99, this is a decently priced wireless for the performance it offers. I’m quite happy with it, though I think the sound and build quality are somewhat inferior to the New Bee wireless I got last year. That one retails for $49.99, so you might want to have a look at it, too.My rating: 4 stars

Coolmusic Wireless Guitar System 5.8 Wireless Guitar Transmitter Receiver Rechargeable Audio Wireless Transmitter Receiver 4 Channels Transmission Range for Electric Guitar BassCoolmusic brand is really for the budget conscious customer. I have Coolmusic guitar and drum amp and other gear and I love it because it is so darn cost effective. This is no exception. This wireless guitar tx rx system is super simple. Has a rotating design so you're not fixed to a specific install. The 1/4" Jack is exposed fully so it fits perfectly in deeper socket output jacks of guitars like telecaster . There are others that are a bit " fat" so has a hard time getting plugged into guitar. This one has no issues. The units can also transform to mini plugs rather than 1/4" plugs. It works on 5ghz band to reduce interference but these days it's so congested in both 2 and 5 ghz bands due to WiFi... Ymmv. Personally I never had any issues with interference. I never needed to switch to another channel. Speaking of which I really really appreciate that when you switch a channel on one side it automatically switches the transmitter channel in unison... A previous wireless transmitter I had did not automatically switch channels in unison. In terms of charging it comes with a USB cable split into two USB C. You can plug the USB a side into any charger. Charting is pretty quick and I found it lasts for a good 6 to 8 hours. My only little pet peeve is that you do have to turn it off yourself because there's no Auto off sensing that I can see. So don't forget to turn it off.Another nit pick for me is that in order to turn it off you need to press and hold the mode button for exactly 5 seconds and release. If you do it any longer than it enters pairing mode. You can also conveniently check the battery estate as well. Double clicking the mode will show you quickly the battery charge stayed with the led.It is clearly labeled which one is the transmitter and which one is the receiver however it would have been nice to make it a little more obvious than a small font.. I will say though that the LED for the receiver has a different color than the transmitter. In terms of sound quality and latency it's basically not that noticeable at all. Yes maybe it does affect a little bit of tone and thinning out but the convenience of wireless surpasses the tiny drawbacks. I don't think I would ever use this on stage. I just like using it at home when you don't want to be cluttered with wires. It does the job fantastically.Build quality is probably not anything to be excited about. It's fairly cheap plastics and you definitely want to be careful with the transmitter on the guitar because you don't want to put the weight of the guitar on the transmitter. If you have your jack at the bottom of the guitar like a telecaster you may accidentally put a lot of pressure on it. If you have a side Jack then you wouldn't have such.Definitely a must-have for anyone tinkering on the guitar at home.

I had originally written a bad review for this product. In fact, I returned the set that I had purchased for a refund. I thought the matter ended, but the company contacted to let me know that the problem that I experienced was due to a faulty unit. Their agent offered to send me a replacement (unsolicited), to give them another try. I thought that was pretty decent. With the replacement set, the transmitter and receiver paired immediately right out of the box. I plugged them into my instrument and amp and used them for about four hours straight. They sounded great with no discernible lag, and no decrease in tone or volume. They were still going strong after using them for that long. I shut them down and was planning on using them again this evening. Unfortunately, my kids were roughhousing and broke off the transmitter’s quarter inch jack (see photo).I could easily repair it with a soldering iron if only I had another swivel component. But It is an integrated piece that is sealed in plastic and soldered to the circuit board by two small wires. This component is then anchored to the casing by two screws. It would be a ten minute task to get it functional again. But, oh well. Back to square one.Anyway, not the seller’s fault, and kids will be kids. It’s really too bad though, as I really ended up liking these for their quality sound and cool folding design, and, judging by the great sound I was still hearing from my one and only session, I believe that the battery life claim is a valid one.So on re-evaluation, I can highly recommend this product and seller.

Transmitter would randomly disconnect from the receiver while playing, even though they were close together and fully charged. I own other brands of wireless systems, and none have even malfunctioned before. I’ll stick with Lekato from now on.

This wireless & rechargeable transmitter & receiver system for electric guitars and basses is good quality and works great. This wireless audio system eliminates the need for a cable from the guitar to the amplifier, and allows you to freely move about the room while playing. Each of the devices is labeled so you know which one to plug into the amp (receiver) and the other into the guitar (transmitter). It is easy to pair (connect) the 2 devices once the amp is powered on and they are plugged into the amp & guitar. There are LED lights on the front of each device that will light up green once there is a good wifi paired connection between them. So far the range is good and I have not had any issues with testing them out. They are however a bit long at 3 1/8" so they will cover some of the saddle on guitars such as a stratocaster style that has the input jack on the front of the guitar (see pic) but there is no issue with the side mounted jack such as on Les Payl style guitars. The body on these devices has a thin profile which is made from ABS material so they should be durable but I would not suggest dropping them on any hard flooring, just in case. There is a mode button on one side and a USB type-c charge port on the other side. It's great that these are rechargeable with the included USB cable that allows you to charge both devices at the same time since it has a "Y" split in it with 2 charge cable plugs available. Only time will tell how well this product continues to work but so far it's working great. I therefore recommend this product to other guitarists and bassists.
