The only minor complaint is that it doesn't come with instructions, so it's not obvious that you have to download the driver from the Coospo website. But once installed the ANT+ adapter was detected and works perfectly. No need to pay Garmin way too much money for theirs.

Unfortunately bad quality product. Thought my trainer was wrong until I bought a renowned brand one. Constantly loses connection to the trainer and inconsistant power reading. Too bad

OVERALL:Yes, it works, and it's reliable. Be aware that for Windows 10 and 11 users some setup is necessary. Works with Training Peaks Virtual.DESIGN:It's very small, like a bluetooth or logitech receiver, so you can leave it installed on a laptop or tablet without difficulty. And you may want to, because it's unmarked. It could easily get mixed into your drawer of USB sticks. I recommend putting your own mark on it somehow. Writing "ANT+" with a Sharpie on the metal works great.SETUP:Coospo has a download link on their website for the product. Download and unzip the file. Then use "Device Manager" in Windows to locate the USB device. Then click it and select "update driver" or "install driver." Browse to the folder where you unzipped the drivers, and select "include subfolders." Windows will install the driver, and you're all set.COMPATIBILITY:This works with most ANT+ sensors. I used the Magene speed&cadence sensors. It also works with Training Peaks Virtual cycling application. I was able to set up in minutes and get riding with no problems. This will not act as a "power source" or "smart trainer" for applications like MyWhoosh. Stick with the programs that are compatible with ANT+.SUMMARY:It works as advertised. Though plug-n-play doesn't always work, and you may have to set up the drivers manually. No problems with reliability or connectivity. It definitely accomplishes its intended purpose.

I bought this in hopes of getting a better connection for my Wahoo sensors (HR, speed, and cadence) while using my trainer indoors since i was having tons of dropouts while using them over Bluetooth. I had difficulty installing the drivers using Windows 11 and the guide from the manufacturer did not work for me. I got everything to connect by going to Windows Update, clicking "Advanced Options," clicking on "Optional Updates" and then selecting the driver for this dongle and restarting my computer. I have only done one workout so far and I did experience a pretty significant dropout about 20 minutes in, but otherwise it was flawless (I would consider this a huge improvement from getting ~20-100 dropouts otherwise).

It's an ANT+ dongle, it just works with Zwift and my trainer and heart rate strap on my Apple Silicon laptop. There's no point wasting money on the extension, just get a cheap USB extension cable. I needed a USB-C adapter for my laptop anyways so I got a foot long one.

Using a PC and Zwift can be problematic at the best of times, but bluetooth handling seems sub-par, I was getting 100s of disconnections every ride, it was driving me mad, sometimes it would reconnect quickly, other times a minute or two and occasionally not at all. Getting this dongle has made my riding far more reliable, still get the occasional disconnect, but that's Zwift for you.I also use BigRingVR, it provides video footage of the route you're riding, this works like a dream, I've never had a problem and as BigRing is my preferred training package, this is absolutely perfect for me.I would recommend getting a USB extension to put the device closer to your trainer, just helps prevent spurious signals stopping it - I ride with my wife adjacent, so it just makes things better. All in all, does exactly what it promised and at a good price.

Like almost all dongles, some drivers need n be updated. I have five different sensors working of it.

Doesn’t work as expected. My bike/HR monitor is literally 1 meter away from my laptop and it doesn’t pick up the signal... Partially works only if your HR monitor is literally 2 - 5cm away from the USB... very disappointed

I purchased this ANT+ USB stick to connect my phone (a first generation Google Pixel) to a heart rate monitor and a watt meter. Before you trying doing something similar with a handheld device or a tablet, please verify your device is ANT+ compatible. A google search usually helps, but if not, ask the manufacturer. As my phone has USB-C connector, I had to buy a USB-C to regular USB adapter (they sell a bunch here and come in packs of two or three for less than ten dollars). I was worried that I would need a special adapter for the USB stick but it turns out that a regular adapter works fine. From that point, you just have to make sure you download the ANT+ utilities for your phone (in my case, found in the Google Play store by searching ANT+ and they are free to download). Once I installed those, I was off and running. Just plugged the adapter, the USB stick and my phone captured data off my exercise devices right away. Pretty good range too, since it captured a device that was in the other room even. No need to get the name brand ANT+ stick, this one seems to work fine. The devices were: Garmin Vivoactictve 3 watch, Stryd power meter, and Garmin ANT+ heart rate strap.Hope this works for you too.
