I bought this because I like the smell of incense and saw an ad for this on social media. I tried doing it the way it says in the instructions but the incense powder doesn’t really burn. It will only burn about half way and go out. I’ve tried it multiple times since I purchased it and same results, doesn’t burn the powder the way it should.

Bestes Set ever. Die Räucherspiralen lassen sich auf der Asche viel besser und vollständig verbrennen.Außerdem ist es super entspannend vorher die Asche vorzubereiten und sich nur auf den Vorgang zu konzentrieren. Tolle Entspannung vorher und nachher beim räuchern.🥰

I have one of the smaller kits they offer and it’s perfect! The brass holder feels heavy and looks beautiful, the ask packs well and the sticks/powder they provide smells and burns great!
