Our sons use power wheelchairs and I use these quite often on our property to keep cords and/or hoses protected. The materials seem to be of good quality, but the price for only one is a bit much and is the reason for only 3 stars. I would highly recommend researching other options if you have a budget. As with this type of product, the smell is initially extremely strong and I would recommend using outside, or at least placing it outside for a few days to tone the smell down a bit before bringing it inside. My Star Rating Scale:5 stars - Perfect, or as close to perfect as possible and would definitely recommend to anyone.4 stars - Works well, but could see some minor changes that could make the product better. Would recommend to others.3 stars - Functional, but areas of concern or major changes that could make the product better. Recommend researching other options. OR, neutral ranking, nothing really special or bad about the product.2 stars - Barely functional, recommend researching other options.1 star - Avoid at all costs!

This is such an awesome addition to the garage, I can't even begin to explain. There's more than enough room to run just about all the types of cords you'd need to from one side of a place to another without tripping. The ramp itself has a good bit of heft and has a good amount of friction to something like cement. This is going to save your cords and might even save you a sprain or two on a trip hazard.

When holiday lights take over your driveway like a low-voltage invasion, this cord protector is your new best friend. I picked up a few of these to tame the spaghetti mess that used to crisscross my two-car driveway every December, and suddenly, I’m no longer doing Olympic hurdles just to take out the trash. With the 5-channel version, it’s probably overkill, but planning ahead is basically holiday survival.Professionally, I’ve used cord ramps before, and this brand holds up just like the rest—no surprises, which is a very good thing in this case. Whether it’s two or five channels, these protect your cables from wear, weather, and foot traffic. More importantly, they protect people from becoming unintentional YouTube fails. If you run these across any area with vehicles, they’re heavy enough to stay put. Do yourself and your suspension a favor and put up a "BUMP" sign. Now let’s talk smell. These are made of authentic vulcanized rubber. The durability? Excellent. The scent? Aggressively rubber-forward. If you're using them indoors, give them a nice dish soap bath before introducing them to your nostrils. You’ll thank yourself. Otherwise, you can find an indoor channel that does the same thing without the "Nostril Assault". This channel ramp is designed for all types of outdoor weather and vehicular traffic.Bonus points: they link together, the lid works smoothly, and while the yellow cover isn’t rubber, it’s tough enough to take the abuse. Price-wise, it’s a bit high, but the quality is worth it—especially when you think about the tripping incidents you’re not having. Avoiding potential lawsuits is priceless.Great for driveways, sidewalks, or any place where cords and humans must peacefully coexist. Just crack a window during the unboxing.

Very heavy duty! Vulcanized rubber is extremely strong and that is what I believe what this is made of. It sure does smell like it! Besides the smell, this has been a welcomed overkill solution for what I needed. If using this indoors, just give it a wash outside with some dish soap and that will neutralize the smell. I actually soaked this thing in my tub for a couple of hours. Im using this in a recording studio in the drum room to manage cables instead of using gaffers tape and so far I'm really loving it! Im not worried about people stepping on the cables with cross traffic and its big enough to hold all the cables and then some. The plastic cover just flaps open and closed for easy access and functions as it's supposed to. This has a ridiculous weight rating of 2200 lbs and I have no doubt it could withstand that although the plastic yellow cover is questionable. It's not made of vulcanized rubber but still seems very strong. A side note is that if you need more than one of these, they link together, which is very handy. As far as price, that's up to you. I feel this is a little higher priced than other items in it's category priced at around $116.99 at the time of this review. There are other comparable products about half of that price but I can't speak on those as I haven't tried them out. This is a solid product and performs well. Happy to have it on the studio floor and is a huge improvement to the standard gaffer tape.

This cord protector is roughly forty inches long or just over three feet. It is tough and the yellow lid can be opened making the installation of a cable a breeze. As a test, I ran over it with my heavy EV a few times and it handled it beautifully. The yellow makes it very visible and it comes with bolts for a more permanent installation. The area available for cables is good for the thicker cables that carry a higher current.

This driveway ramp is heavy, it is durable and it works well. So far so good. Was easy to hide my cords in them.

This cord protector feels pretty solid, but boy does it stink. Fortunately it should offgas fairly well, but just be sure to let it sit outside or in your garage for a while, and don't keep it indoors. The yellow plastic flip-up lids are the weakest point, but they seem like they should be adequate to drive over with regular rubber car tires. I do worry that it will flex and bend into a U-shape over time, leaving the ends sticking slightly upward. For the price, I think you could find a much better solution with more flexibility or at least a longer length.

Excellent quality materials, like high quality rubber and vinyl it feels like and some nice plastic for the interlocking lid. Make sure you measure so there is room and verticality to fit your desired conduit or other tubes/wires... Shipped fast and was pristine upon arrival.
