We are very pleased with this model. We purchased it to replace a different one that was not as well made. This unit is very sturdy with a good, strong handle and large powerful head. Not as quiet for a cordless unit but it is a machine. It does the job and does it well. We purchased it mainly for keep our wooden floors clean and shiny. So far , so good. We can't wait to try it out on the kitchen floor. We feel we got a good deal and great value for the money. Well worth it.

It seems more like a polisher as you can only use water, the directions specify avoid cleaning products, the water tank is very small, the pads are very soft so water and soft pads are not a great cleaning combination.

This mop works very well and it isn’t too heavy. It cleans my floor very clean like it’s brand new. The mop isn’t also too loud. I would recommend this product to others.

When you turn on your mop, be ready for a ride. This thing is all over the place hard to control with a stick with that said every time there is a spill or the dog drips water everywhere. It is easy to pick it up and mop up the small mess and move on.
